Where’s my refund?

Items returned to us can take up to 10 days to arrive with us and for a refund to be processed. You can track your return by visiting the websites and using the tracking number provided on your returns postage receipt. As soon as your refund has been processed, you will receive an email to confirm.
You can also return your order to our Dune London standalone stores for a refund.
We are unable to provide exchanges for any online orders.
