What is a balance?
Your balance is how much you have spent with Dune London since joining Dune Rewards Club. It will be displayed as ‘Points’ within your monthly summary emails. Points will automatically refresh back to 0 every 12 months.
How do I know my balance and tier status?
Your points and tier status will be included in all monthly summary emails.
What can I do with my Dune London balance?
Your earned points accumulate, qualifying you for rewards based on the tier status that you are in.
What happens to my points when I return or cancel an item?
If you decide to return or cancel an entire order, your pending points for this order will not be confirmed. If you return or cancel part of your order, the pending points for those items will be deducted. Points for items you did not return will be confirmed after the 30 days return period has passed.
When do my points expire?
Your Dune Rewards Club points will expire after 12 months. To remain within your tier, you will need to make a minimum spend within those 12 months.
Gold Tier – Spend +£300 in the last 12 months
Member Tier – Spend +£50 in the last 12 months
How long will I stay in my tier?
Your tier expires 12 months from the date of your upgrade. Within this 12-month period, you can earn enough points to remain in the tier for another year or move up a tier. If you move up a tier within that 12 months, your tier expiry will be reset to 12 months from the day you entered the new tier.
Why have I been upgraded a tier?
When you move up tiers, this means you have earned enough points since joining Dune Rewards Club to qualify for the next tier.
Why has my tier been downgraded?
If you have moved down a tier, it’s because you haven't met the qualifying spend by your tier expiry date.
What is a tier expiry date?
When you sign up to Dune Rewards Club, you will automatically generate a tier expiry date, which will be 12 months from your sign up date. If you upgrade tiers within 12 months of joining, your new entry and expiry date will reflect the date of your upgrade.
Dune Rewards Club in store?
When purchasing in store, please ensure you provide the email address associated to your loyalty account. This will allow us to collate all your points to the same account.
How is free next day delivery applied at checkout?
For gold status members only. Free next day delivery will be auto applied at checkout. The customer must be logged into their account for the discount to be applied. Just so you know, when you move into gold status, it will take 24 hours for free next day delivery to be applied to the customers account.
I think I should have more points in my monthly summary, what should I do?
You can keep track of your points on your monthly summary emails. Points are only assigned to the same account if the same email address is used. If you have done this and your points still aren’t visible, please contact a member of our customer support team.
If I make a purchase but use the wrong email address, what can I do?
Unfortunately, we are unbale to merge accounts and consolidate points if the email address's are different. Please remember to use the same email address across all purchases with Dune London to ensure all points are attributed to the same account.
