Why is my item/order delayed?

If we can see the item ordered is out of stock from our online warehouse but available in one of our Dune London stores, you can place your order online as normal and we will then source the item from our store and have it sent to you.
The Ship from Store service will take longer than the usual delivery promise so please allow up to 5 working days for the item to be shipped. We will send an email to you once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
If your order is outside of the delivery promise, please get in touch with our Customer Experience Team.
