What is Reskinned x Dune London 

Reskinned are a takeback and resale platform, who are making it easy for brands and their customers to embrace sustainability. 

At Reskinned, they choose the best route for the items they receive back, depending on their condition they will either be resold, reused or recycled. 

How can I get rewarded? 

When you send in your preloved Dune London shoes, boots or sandals, you can receive £40 towards a future Dune London purchase (to spend online only).  

Can I send Reskinned non-Dune London items? 

If someone sends non-Dune London items, these will be recycled but no voucher code will be issued. 

What would the value of my voucher be? 

Depending on the products sent back, depends on the value of the Reskinned voucher: 

The scheme with Reskinned is currently online only at dunelondon.com. This means pre-loved footwear can’t be swapped for vouchers in store, and voucher codes are only redeemable online. 

Is there a minimum spend to redeem a takeback voucher?  

Should your basket contain two or more items of the same price that meet the minimum value, the voucher code will be split evenly between these items.   

Is delivery free of charge? 

Like all discount codes, Reskinned issued codes are applied to the basket so it may mean that with the code the order falls below the free delivery amount. 

Can I send items to Dune directly? 

No, all items must be submitted directly to Reskinned using the Reskinned link: https://takeback.reskinned.clothing/dunelondon .  We can’t accept items at our warehouse or in any of our stores. 

Will I receive a separate code for each item I send back? 

Yes, you will receive an individual code for each return. 

Can I send back as many items as I like? 

Yes, but the maximum total vouchers value you will receive is £40 

Can I use more than one voucher code in a single purchase transaction? 

Only one Reskinned voucher code can be redeemed per transaction 

I don’t live in the UK, can I participate in Reskinned? 

Unfortunately, currently only UK customers are eligible to participate in the takeback scheme 

I haven’t received my voucher, what can I do?  

Contact takeback@reskinned.clothing and they can investigate for you 

Can I use my voucher on sale or discounted items. 

Unfortunately not, the voucher can only be redeemed against full priced Dune London branded items which meet the specified order value of the voucher. You may have Sale and non Dune brands within your order, but the discount code will only apply if the value threshold for Dune London full priced products has been met.
