How can I return my order?

We’re happy to provide one free returns label per order. If you choose to return additional items from the same order at a later date, you will be required to cover the cost of return. To help save on return fees, we recommend returning all items in one parcel.
Online purchases can be returned to a Dune London store or by post by clicking request a free, trackable returns label or QR code.
You will receive your refund within 10 working days of the item(s) being sent back.
We are unable to offer exchanges on returned items.
