How can I return my order?

We’re happy to provide one free returns label for your order. If you decide to return additional items from the same order later on, you will be required to cover the cost of return. To help you save on return fees, we recommend sending everything back in one parcel
Online purchases can be returned to a Dune London store or via the post by clicking the request a free trackable returns label or QR code.
You will receive your refund within 10 working days of the item(s) being sent back.
We are unable to provide exchanges on any returns.
