If you purchased the item online, you have up to 28 days to return for a full refund. This also includes sale items. 

If the item is purchased in a Dune London store, you have 28 days to return for a full refund. The store will require proof of purchase to accept a return. 

Please note that all items must be unworn and in a resalable condition with the original packaging.
