This would depend on the delivery method you have selected. 

We normally make at least 2 delivery attempts before the item is returned to our warehouse as undelivered. Please note some couriers will attempt to make delivery to a neighbour, or leave your parcel in a secure location if they deem fit. 

Also, please be aware a signature may be required upon delivery.

 If you’re selected for Royal Mail delivery (based on your location) then a calling card will be left with details of which sorting office you can collect your order from.
