Why is my item not available?

We will try our very best to source your item even if this means we source from one of our retail stores and fulfil. You will be put on a priority list which could take up to 15 days. However, if we have no luck finding the item, your item will be cancelled after 15 days of placing the order.

You can contact us by email or phone, should you wish to cancel prior to this. We do not charge you until the item has been shipped.
