Who can I speak to about a faulty item?

For orders purchased in store, please visit the initial store with proof of purchase who will be happy to inspect your item and explain the next stage. For online orders, or where it is not possible to go back to the purchasing store, please return the item directly to our Customer Services Department with a covering letter and contact details. Please also include a copy of your proof of purchase. Again, we will be happy to inspect your item and explain the next stage.

For any concession store purchases, please return the item directly to the retailer your purchase was made with.
