Who can I speak to about a faulty item?

For items purchased in one of our stand alone stores, please visit the initial store with proof of purchase in the form of a receipt or bank statement.  The store will then be happy to inspect the item and discuss the next stage with you.

For online orders, or where it is not possible to go back to the purchasing store, please return the item to our warehouse with a covering letter which includes your contact details, copy of proof of purchase, reason for return and preferred outcome if the item is found to have a manufacturing fault. For any concession store purchases, please return the item directly to the retailer your purchase was made with.
